Description:
The goal of the school is to display in depth and in a pedagogical and coherent way the main achievements of the Neutrino physics and astrophysics, and discuss perspectives in the field.
As a provisional program, there will be lecture courses covering the following topics:
1. Neutrino propagation in vacuum and different media
2. Solar neutrinos: present and future
3. Supernovae and supernova neutrinos
4. Physics of atmospheric neutrinos
5. High energy neutrinos and cosmic rays
6. Neutrinos and the Early Universe
7. Long-baseline experiments, CP-violation
8. Theoretical aspects of the neutrino mass and mixing
9. Lepton number violation and the absolute mass scale of neutrinos
These lectures will be complemented by Seminars and exercises that will be provided at the lectures.
